Biography of St. Heribert:
Heribert was born in 970 in Worms (Germany) and was educated by the Benedictines of Gorze in Lorraine(France). Then, he was ordained priest and later made archbishop in 998. Otto III asked him to accompany him on his journey in Italy, during which he died. Heribert brought his body back to Aachen. Heribert built the monastery of Deutz and is said to having performed miracles. He died on March 16th in Cologne and his grave is located Deutz.
