LIFELIKE ART
The figures in the Reindl crib captivate with their expressive dynamism, despite the stabilizing base. Postures and gestures are finely tuned so that a conversation almost develops between the figures as you look at them. From the newborn baby Jesus in the manger to the adoring shepherds and the magnificent kings on their mounts - each figure tells its own little story. The oriental-influenced background with lush flora, exotic animals and distant cities transports you to another time and enhances the magic of the moment.
A special highlight: the originally designed stable with a picturesque background, mounted on a semi-circular base plate reminiscent of an oversized tablet. This artistic scenery even includes a small pond made of transparent resin, framed by palm trees - a detailed eye-catcher with great show value. If you prefer a more classic look, you can of course also combine the Reindl crib with another stable from our collections.

EMOTIONAL DYNAMICS
The Reindl crib combines modesty and royal splendor in a unique way. While Mary and Joseph guard the child in simple intimacy, splendidly decorated kings and their entourage approach to honor the divine child. The depiction of light - such as the warming closeness of the ox and donkey - and the moving scene of homage reflect the wide range of human emotions: joy, wonder, humility and hope.

A MASTER OF CRIPPLE ART
Rupert Reindl (1908-1990) is considered one of the most important crib carvers in Tyrol. He began carving as a child and learned his craft. He remained faithful to woodcarving throughout his life and created countless works of unmistakable expressiveness. His love of detail and his keen sense of emotion make the Reindl crib an authentic contemporary witness to Tyrolean crib art.

CRAFTSMANSHIP TO GIVE AND COLLECT
The Reindl crib is not only an exquisite collector's item, but also a wonderful gift for Christmas or for lovers of high-quality craftsmanship. Whether as a complete scenery or in lovingly assembled sets - in the Demi Art online store you will find the Reindl crib in various sizes and designs.

THE LEPI HISTORY
In 1920, Leo Prinoth Senior founded a carving workshop in the world-famous Val Gardena, whose product range initially included items with specific functions, such as buttons, corks or clock cases. However, the range was soon expanded to include sacred and profane sculptures. Slowly, nativity figures became more and more relevant and ©LEPI introduced a quality assurance system and a wide-ranging production program with several variants of each nativity scene, for which several artists were commissioned. Comprehensive quality controls of the materials were also introduced. Grandsons Alfred, Roland and Diego continued the family legacy until ©LEPI moved to our Demi Art collection as a prestigious brand. We at Demi Art remained true to the values and quality standards of ©LEPI and even took over the employees and the company headquarters. Today, our diverse showroom is located here, where each of our special crib creations is exhibited.
