CONTRASTING DYNAMICS
From the baker to the accordion player - they all approach the stable in their modest working clothes to witness the birth of Christ. The traditional clothing of the Alps transforms this nativity scene into a folkloristic work that celebrates rural life.

TRADITIONALLY FREE
A natural attitude and typical Alpine clothing lend the scene a homely and traditional charm. Musicians liven up the setting further and create a relaxed atmosphere. Shepherds wear "sarner" (a compact woollen jacket) and "lederhosen" (trousers made of leather) as well as the blue apron typical of South Tyrol, while the women wear a "dirndl" (dress made of top with attached skirt) with a flowery apron.

A COLORFUL MIX
Strongly accentuated in terms of color, the emotion of each figure is even more expressive. Whether a calm dark green in the midst of untouched nature or a fiery red in lively company, each color conveys a very specific emotion.

FESTIVE SPLENDOR
Anyone who chooses our painted figurines will quickly become aware of their special glow. The golden accents give them a noble touch for festive occasions. Whether as an eye-catcher or harmoniously embedded in the rest of the scenery - these details make all the difference and let your nativity scene shine. It also offers a rich repertoire of figurines that collectors can use to constantly expand their collection.

UNDER THE ROOF OF TRADITION
Our rustic stable is the centerpiece of the crib and is reminiscent of the rural structures of times gone by. Wood and stone give it a simple but impressive appearance. Nothing is artificially inflated here, just the rural charm brought to the point. The stable offers the figures an authentic setting in which to stage the biblical story. With this crib, special attention should be paid to a spacious storage space, which is why we can only warmly recommend taking a look at the "Crib Stables and Accessories" section in the Demi Art online store.

GIFT GIVING
Give your loved ones the dynamic sight of the nativity scene. Whether as a decoration in your home or in their home under the Christmas tree - it is always a delightful gift.

PRUGGER DORIGO VIGIL
Prugger Dorigo Vigil, born in 1925, decided to attend the art school in Val Gardena and become a member of the Tiberini Academy. He also graduated as a sculptor and was a member of the Artists' Circle of Ortisei. To top it all off, he was awarded several gold medals at exhibitions in important cities such as Milan and Florence.

THE LEPI STORY
In 1920, Leo Prinoth Senior founded a carving workshop in the world-famous Val Gardena, whose product range initially comprised items with specific functions, such as buttons, corks and watch cases. However, the range was soon expanded to include sacred and profane sculptures. Slowly, nativity figures became more and more relevant and cLEPI introduced a quality assurance system and a wide-ranging production program with several variants of the respective nativity scenes, for which several artists were commissioned. Comprehensive quality controls of the materials were also introduced. Grandsons Alfred, Roland and Diego continued the family legacy until cLEPI moved to our Demi Art collection as a prestigious brand. We at Demi Art remained true to the values and quality standards of cLEPI and even took over the employees and the company headquarters. Today, our diverse showroom is located here, where each of our special crib creations is exhibited.
