Biography of St. Mother Anne:
St. Mother Anne, mother of the Virgin Mary, is not mentioned in the canonical biblical texts. Her marriage with the pastor Joachim did not produce any offspring until his retirement in the desert, after a publicly humiliation because of his infertility. One day, during the prayer, an angel appeared to St. Mother Anne and announced her the conception of the Virgin Mary. The pious parents, grateful to God for the gift, grew up with love their daughter.
