Trophy of Sanremo festival with rabbit

Particularity: present for the Italian singer Marco Mengoni

28cm wood carving reproducing the trophy of the Festival of the Italian Song in Sanremo. Instead of the lion in the original one the group of fans asked to have a rabbit, according to a famous performance of the artist disguised as rabbit.

The linden wood was selected carefully and for the painting we decided together with the customers to paint only the palm, the base, the scarf and the crown. On the rest of the wood we applicated just wax.

On the base we have written the dedication of the fans.
